How to make sub menu stay open

  • I want to have the sub menus behave like they do on the Mega Max site pages, where the sub menu stays open on selection with the selected sub menu item highlighted. This is a common menu behavior, but I cannot figure out how to make it happen with Max Mega Menu free version.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The free plugin supports horizontal menus. If you’ve added one of those to a side bar then it will ‘sort of’ work, but essentially you have a horizontal menu that’s been squished into a narrow container.

    The side menu on megamenu.com is set up as an Accordion, which is one of the features in Pro. For accordion menus there is an option to “Keep active sub menus open”.
