How to make the close buttom to align in center

I want to make the close button in the default theme to align in centre of the whole screen and should also work in mobile view i.e should be responsive.

Presently i tried aligning it by adjusting the right position but the with this the button is in centre on laptop and desktop screen but if i view my website in mobile the button disappears as i have set it towards 480px right bottom.

SO request you if any one can help me with this.
