How to make the content editor more like a simple textfield

Hello,

I need to make my content editor behave more like a simple textfield. So remove all styling / media options. I need this so that I can ensure client/content editor doesn’t mess/change up any styles. So all the styling is done on the raw text right in my page template instead.

Originally I just removed the content editor and used Advanced Custom Fields instead which worked great, but I need the_content on the page for my share buttons to work so need to use the core content editor.

It would also be a bonus to make this content editor in a metabox with a title rather than just seamless with no metabox.

Can anyone please advise on function(s) to achieve this?
