How to make the email get a different template depending on variation purchased

    I discovered you plugin and it seems to have a great potential. Please add documentation for Woocommerce and do a proofreading of all the documentation with a professional translator, there are many typos that lower the trust on your plugin. Also make a tutorial video on how to use plugin with Woocommerce. The documentation needs some love. I say this so you can have more sales ??

    My issue: I sell digital products, only variations. I’d like that each time a customer purchases variation A, template A PDF is sent with the complete order email. If customer purchases variation B, Template B PDF is sent with the complete order email.

    Can this be achieved? If so, how?

    Where do need to paste the shortcode of the templates so that the PDF is attached to the complete order email? Because if I go to Wocommerce > Settings > Emails, Woocommerce tells on the ‘?’ near the fields that only a few default placeholders are available for the Footer and Additional Content fields.

    Thanks, let me know and if this is possible I will purchase the plugin (testing the Free version now).

    Sorry for the delay Oleksandr,

    I created a staging site not to make changes on my live site:

    When I upload the PDF on the editor at the staging site it says that I’m using the Free version and that I cannot include 2-Pages. I have the license addded on the staging site too. Is there any way to overcome this limitation as this is my dev site? do you need my IP?

    Hi,

    Development websites requires multi-site or separate License Key, however you can migrate your actual valid License Key from main to staging site.

    To do so:
    1. Deactivate all E2Pdf Templates on main website. https://prnt.sc/yd1om8
    2. Go to “E2Pdf” -> “License”. Check if you deactivated all templates (It must be written “Templates 0/10”), if it’s okay click “Unlink”. License Key on main website will be dropped to “FREE” and you will be able to use paid License Key on staging website.
    3. When you will finish testing just revert it back with same steps and activate back needed templates.

    P.S. You can also try to test it with “FREE” version by just creating empty E2Pdf Template with 1 page and check the shortcode “e2pdf-attachment” shortcode with needed “attributes”. In this case email that you will get must contains only PDFs which will meet “attribute” conditions.

    I have the $50 version, I checked on pricing and I don’t know what this multisite license is.

    Sorry for the delay I was finishing to write all the template variation licenses.

    All the fields within the PDF work fantastically well! but there is one issue:

    If I purchase a license PRO, for example, the attached email will attach the 4 licenses (MP3, PRO, PREIMIUM, UNLIMITED) so I’m giving the customer a lot of rights!

    It looks like you are using outdated plugin version on main website, can you please recheck? Current stable version must be 1.13.31 (which supports attributes). Thank you.

    Hi,

    After updating to 1.13.32, now after a purchase no .pdf gets attached to the email. I can see no pdf document at the bottom.

    I didn’t change any settings, are the same like in the screenshots above.
