How to make the post 4 or more items and post width

  • I want to make the content area wider or even full width either to accommodate 4 items per line or just because I want to take advantage of the full width. How??

    So two things:

    1 – make it full width
    2 – post 4 or 5 items per line

    Did you ever figure out how to do this? We’d like our home page to have 4 graphic boxes per row instead of 3 also, just not sure how to accomplish.
