How to make the "search" box noindex

  • Is there a way to make the default search box NOINDEX?

    I’ve been told that when someone searches via the box, the resulting URL is the same as the returned page but with a “/?s=” in front of the page name, making it technically duplicate content.

    123.com/test
    123.com/?s=test

    I suppose I could just remove the search box.
