How to make the words w/ hyperlinks appear as is?

Hi there,

I noticed that every time I put a hyperlink in a word from my site’s contents, everything changes to be in ALL CAPS. Is there any way that the words will stay as is? (e.g. https://www.careersupport365.com/about-careersupport365/). Originally, the phrases read as “testimonials you can watch here”. NOW, they’re in ALL CAPS.
