How to Make Thumbnail Image in Featured Category of Free Arthemia Theme Appear

Hi,

I have been playing with the codes of the free version of the arthemia theme to get it running well in my blog. However, until now I am still not able to make thumbnail pictures appear in the Featured category. The images appear in single posts but not in the featured list page. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks.
