How to make “Top of Page” link that appears only on cell phones

Please try adding this CSS inside Customize > Additional CSS:

@media ( min-width: 768px ) {
    .tg-scroll-to-top {
        display: none;
    }
}

I’m guessing that I also need to add the “Scroll to Top” link to the page footer (or somewhere) and have it use that CSS class…?

Are you trying to add the Scroll to top link to <footer> tag? Otherwise, the link already appears on the footer area. Please explain it in detail so that I could understand and help you better. ?? Thanks.
