How to make Website Speedy

Hello community,

I need help with my website’s homepage. I have designed it using Generatepress theme. While designing, I used one large PNG image as a background image to make my website look beautiful.

Now, I have checked the speed of my website. I see that most of my pages on which I have used webp images are fast and core web vitals optimized. But the homepage speed is bit slow and I don’t know how can I solve this now. If I upload the webp image, it becomes blurr and design looks messy. And if I upload PNG, speed goes down. I don’t think that PNG is the issue. I think may be I am doing something wrong. Can you please check and let me know the best way to proceed.
