How to make woocom. shipping methods to be detected by pages, not by country ip?

How to make woocommerce shipping methods to be detected by pages preficses like /en/ ; /tr/ ; /it/ ; /fr/, and not by country ip?
when i try to use the methods, they work, but they detect my country ip address and show only the shipping method that is matched with my country.
When i enter a page of my website that is not in my own language like /tr/ (turkish) for example , woocommerce dont load my payment methods at all and i cant buy [Redacted].
How to make it to detect the page preficses like /tr/; /en/ and so on so the problem can be fixed?Is there any way to do it?
May be i need to put some code in my functions.php file?
but i really am not sure what to put there :(.(This happens, cos i want to use different order amount after which the shipment will be free… – shipping methods help with that, but only with ip detection, not by page preficses :(.)

yes, but when i try to go to the checkout page, it doesnt show the initial taxes in the language that i need.
for example when i try to go to english checkout(shipping method set up to Britain cost of shipping to be 13 euro), the website shows the old price and texts in the old language(default language) -> 8.9 euro shipping.
how to make it work, or test it … [Redacted]- idk.
