You want want to try a different caching plugin? I have not played around with Quick Cache before. But if you are using WP-SuperCache or W3TC it should work. But do not that stats plugin like counter, will selom play nice with caching plugins. For WP-PostViews, it will update the counter, but your the actual count display on the page might be cached.

Are there any plans in the future for making it work with Quick Cache? I’ve tried using the other plugins, but they either break my site or I just can’t get them to work. Since Quick Cache is the easiest to use, it seems to me it would be very handy to make WP-postviews work with this one too.

Unlikely since I don’t use Quick Cache myself and the demand of it (you are the first I heard using it) is not that great yet.
