How to manage CDN URLs by yourself

  • I’ve tried several cache plugins with CDN options. When specifying my CDN base, e.g. cdn.mydomain.com, most of the URLs are transformed by the caching plugin but some static-content URLs are still not transformed/rewritten (from upload folder and plugins). Why is that? How to enter this CDN static content URLs by yourself, if caching plugin does not have custom URL option by itself?
