• I’ve used MailPoet for a couple of years with a Gmail account, this worked well. I then bought a domain based email which also worked well with MailPoet.

    I am a WordPress Premium user, and I Currently get an error on the Manage Sender Domain screen. Both CNAME entries and the first TXT entry give this error;

    Incorrect value detected. Please add the text highlighted in green, and remove the text highlighted in red

    This screen does not allow any editing. So – where should these changes take place? Please advise.

    I understand from your message that you are having issues authenticating your sender domain. Please follow the steps below to solve those errors and be able to send with the MailPoet Sending Service:

    Please note that you will need to add the DNS records through your DNS provider. Usually, it is the same organization you purchased your domain from (e.g. GoDaddy, NameCheap), or your hosting company. If you think that you have added them but you are still seeing that error message, please get in touch with your hosting support to have them verify the DNS records.
