    where is the settings after activating thee is no option on the version, WP version 4.8.

    The plugin doesn’t provide any UI pages out of the box for any sort of configuration. It’s all a code-level library and the plugin version provided on www.ads-software.com here basically just does some initial loading of the rest of the code for you to use. I recommend reading over https://github.com/CMB2/CMB2/wiki to get a better idea of what to do and what’s available, as well as examples.
