    Hi,

    My customers are placing orders through my webshop.

    The problem is that i sell complex products and usually I call the customer after ha makes a purchase and together we decide to add/remove/change the products ordered.

    How can I do this when the customer has initiated the payment through Klarna Checkout?

    The orders are in state Processing.
