How to manually re-build cache of specific page/post ?

This question may be resolved in the forum already.

Since my website is hosted on a shared environment with very limited resource, I disable “cache timeout” to save server juice.

Everything is fine after plugin installation and activation, I saw static pages of all my website content were created gradually.

Then, I just published a new page, I cannot found it was cached after over 20 hours.

Moreover, I updated a page but the cached page was not updated accordingly after 1 day.

If the plugin provide a way to manually build / re-build cache of a specific page/post, the plugin will be perfect.
