• Hi,
I installed yapixx successfully to my amazon cloud account.
Assigned the Elastic IP address and next is mapping my actual domain to this ip address. The how to manual didn’t mention this step, please advise how todo this ?

Second question is: I want to install different blogs like mydomain.com/blog1, mydomain.com/blog2…
To do that I need to create bucket blog1 and bucket blog2 then install yapixx in each bucket, then assign elastic ip for each install then map mydomain.com/blog1 and mydomain.com/blog2 to each ip accordingly. Is that correct?

    Thanks for the great work!

    Hi BJ,

The exact steps for mapping domains vary by the DNS hosting provider (usually your registrar), they should be able to help you map your domain to the Elastic IP that you have.

If the blogs are in subdirs, you’ll have one IP and one domain record, not multiple. Also, instead of having a separate install for each blog, consider using multisite setup (see https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Create_A_Network) — you’ll be able to get as many blogs as you want with a single WordPress installation.
