How to match translations?

Hello. I am changing the theme and when I moved the database, the pages and posts lost their connection to translations. Is there any chance how to match the translations again? I can easily match them with appropriate language, but the translations are still not matched. So when you click on translation, it brings you to homepage instead of the desired page/post. Can anyone help me?
