How to migrate from XPress(Xoops WordPress) to normal WordPress 2.5.1

  • Hi,
    i’m definely getting crazy, i want to quit Xpress (xoops wordpress) in order to have a normal WordPress website.
    My problem is this : i’m not able to do a backup of posts under Xpress.
    I’ve tried plugins… but they do not work. I’ve tried a database backup, but maybe for tables reasons it does not work.
    how can i handle this ?
