How to migrate to overwrite an existing site

    TL;DR
    Can I use WPVivid to migrate from a reworked “staging” site back onto the original site? Will the migration completely overwrite the target site’s content?

    If I make a copy of a site to use for (re)development and then want to bring it back to the original domain, can I do it with WPVivid? I know I can create the copy, but can I then overwrite the original? In this case, the target domain for the overwrite is not a new site and is not empty. I’d want it to delete pages in the target that were removed from the staging copy, etc.

    Yes, you can migrate the staging site to the original site with our plugin. The content of your original site will be completely overwritten.

    BTW, it is recommended to create a backup for your original site before site migration.
