    Is it possible to migrate a website from one server to another without the plugin disconnecting from Instagram/Facebook account?

    Hi @dmor71,

    Thank you for contacting us! This occurs due to the encryption required by Instagram/Facebook on the access token for your connected account. To set this up so that you can migrate without the account becoming disconnected, please follow the steps in our guide here and ensure that you set the SBI_ENCRYPTION_KEY and SBI_ENCRYPTION_SALT values to match on both environments. Once this is set up, on the server that you are migrating from go to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Manage Source, delete your source, and click Add Source to reconnect the account. After this, you should be able to migrate from one environment to the other without the account becoming disconnected.
