how to modify attachment page in NomNom 1.7.1 theme?

    how can i modify attachment page of NomNom 1.7.1 theme which is A Twenty Eleven child them. when i click on gallery thumnail image its open a attachment page with that image and i want to put some ads on attachment page abovee iimage or below image in attachment page full size image, how can i do it.
