How to modify style of text/title?

I’m wondering how I could change the style of the text that shows up on the timeline—both the title text and the body text.

If I wanted to change things like point size, color, or font for this text, how would I do it? (It seems that, as it is, any stylistic changes I make to the text in the post itself are overridden on the timeline. Does this mean I would have to change the CSS to make these kinds of changes to the text on the timeline? If so, can anyone help me with how to do that?)
