How to modify the author box below the content of a post?

Hi,

beneath every post there is an Image of the author with the name of the author and the text “more posts”. These link to other posts written by the author.

Now, I would like to change “more posts” into a text of my liking. How or where can I do so?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
