how to modify WordPress to “include” the whole app in an existing php page?

  • Has anyone had experience or posted information on whether it is possible to use a PHP include to include WordPress into an existing PHP page? I have an existing site and would like to include WordPress as one area of my site, not the whole site as it seems to be designed. I would like to just include the index.php for example, but the paths set in wordpress present a problem.
