How to Mount Hamburger on Desktop Pages

    First let me say what an outstanding plugin Mobile Menu really is. It works on mobile pages “right out of the box” and is easy to set up.

    Ideally we would like to mount a Hamburger at the top right of desktop pages to facilitate navigation on the website:

    How can this be done=
