@actiongirl12: You need to look for <?php the_category;?>, <?php the_date();?>(or<?.php the time();?>) and<?php comments_popup_link();?>`. The blocks/markup containing those codes are the ones you need to move.

You need to move them to the bottom of the Loop. Try just before the <?php endwhile;?>
