How to move a post and it’s comment

Good morning people. I would like to move a post that I published on the regular list together with it’s comments to the “pages” section on the front page of my blog. Provided my explanation of my wish is understandable, is there a way to do this ? So far I copy/pasted my post, but I can’t move readers comments either. Thank you !
