How to move a sidebar from right to left ?

This is definitely possible with some custom CSS, I’d strongly suggest not editing theme core files since all the changes will be lost once you update the theme.

If you’re not using child theme the easiest way to add custom CSS would be to use plugin such as this one: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-custom-css

Once the plugin is installed and activated you can add this code to Appearance -> Custom CSS:

.art-layout-cell.art-content {
    float: right;
}

.art-layout-cell.art-sidebar1 {
    float: left;
}
