How to Move Between 2 Different WordPress Sub-directories?

  • I have two different WordPress installs in two different subdirectories. One is the current live site (example.com/livesite). The other has been in development (example.com/devsite) and is ready to become the new live site.

    Current set up:
    WordPress Address (URL) is example.com/livesite
    Site Address (URL) is example.com

    How can I make my development site – example.com/devsite – the new live site while still keeping the example.com as my Site Address?
