How to move category meta from above post title to below it?

    Now my question. Right now the default is:
    category meta
    post title
    tags meta

    …I’d like to move the category meta to below the post title and above the tags meta so it shows as:
    post title
    category meta
    tags meta

    Is it possible? If it is…how would I go about making it happen?
