How to move content (Photos Posts) from old installed wordpress to a new one?

I have a website with a domain “www.popsicles.ph” But the domain expired and I opt to not continue it so apparently I have a new domain.

I had managed, somehow, to change what needs to be change in Changing domains and in order for the site to work and be accessible again but it’s not completely successful and I believe I did not completely did it right because there are still some stuff that aren’t showing even though I change it already.

So I have decided to start from scratch. I will install another wordpress using my new domain and I will be deleting the old one.

BUT here comes the problem. I wanted my posts and pictures and the registered users from the old installed wordpress to be transferred to the new one. How can I possible do this?

I’m a dumb when it comes to technical stuff so please forgive my lack of knowledge on this matter and please lend me your help. Thanks in advance.
