How to move down the logo and menu?

  • My website use woocommerce to place a notice about promotions on top of the website. The notice bar will block the logo and the menu. How can I move down the logo and menu so there is enough space above for the notice?

    The second question is that how can I move the menu below the logo? My menu is quite long.
