How to move extra fee line to the bottom

    We are using this plugin to add an extra fee (not taxable) to all credit cards payments on our website. As the extra fee is not taxable, that would make sense to see it after the TOTAL line. Currently the calculation is right but the display is confusing for the buyer as the extra fee is on the total including tax. This is what we have currently on the website with your plugin:

    Subtotal 4,970.00
    + extra fee 3% 248.50
    + GST 5% 156.56
    Total 5,375.06

    What we would like is to move it below another subtotal line so it’s clear for the buyer:

    Subtotal (net) 4,970.00
    + GST 5% 156.56
    subtotal 5,156.56
    + fee 3% 248.50
    Total 5,375.06

    Can you please direct us on a solution to display it correctly so it’s not confusing for the buyer?
