How to move from WebMatrix to Live?

  • I have several live WordPress sites hosted on 1and1 that work fine.

    I also have a WP site running locally using Webmatrix. I did this so I could develop the site but not have it publicaly visible because it is going to replace an existing, static, website.

    So, now I have completed the new WP site I want to move it up to my 1and1 host from WebMatrix.

    Are there any instructions on doing this please?
