How to move live wordpress site to MAMP

  • I’m going to start off by saying that I do design, I don’t do code. So this has been a struggle for me.

    I have a wordpress site and have it halfway decent but want to spend more time editing it. So, I want to take it offline and work with it in MAMP. How do I do this?
    I’ve got MAMP up and running (apache and mySQL servers are a go). Now what?
