How to move my blog to self-hosting option?

    Help! I am ready to self-host my blog (www.chuukreform.www.ads-software.com) for more flexibility in design. Currently my blog points to https://www.chuukreform.org. I own the domain and have a webhosting service lined up with Fantastico. How do I move the entire blog from WordPress.com to self-hosting without losing data or causing broken links?
