How to move post title above image?

I have a problem with customizing the front blog page and the other archive pages. I use the classic blog layout, which I managed to customize a bit, but I can’t place the post titles and metas above the images and the post excerpt to remain below the images. Can you help? Please check the blog and screenshot.
