how to move posts to new installation of wordpress?

  • Part of my hosted server space has been hacked and my ISP wants to reformat everything. So, can anyone tell me how to move posts from one installation of WordPress to a new one; that is how can I save posts and instrall them on a nre version?

    I searched the archives and didn’t find an answer.
