How to move the "Desktop Version | Switch To Mobile Version" link to top of page

    Firstly, excellent plugin, thank you Brave New Code!

    I want to be able to move the link in the footer of the mobile website that says “Desktop Version | Switch To Mobile Version” to the top, in or above the header.

    I have a client that says some people visit from different pages within his normal website and they do not come to the mobile app, as I have added custom pages for the app. I would like for the visitor to see the link at the top rather than having to scroll down to the footer, as they may not see it and bounce off the site.
