How to move to New Host?

  • Hi

    I want to move to a new host. From my current host, i have downloaded
    1. tar.gz file
    2. sql.gz file

    I am new to all these things and i want to know that, are these 2 files sufficient to move my WP blog to a new host? I want to completely move my website. My website should remain the same, just it has to be hosted from a different company. Please tell me how to proceed. Thanks in advance.
