How to move wordpress posts to another database

  • So here’s my issue. I had a previous website with WordPress and many posts on it. But I moved to another domain.
    I want the previous posts to be moved here. I don’t know how. My previous domain is not working anymore, but I have access to database and wordpress files.

    I tried exporting and importing of wp-posts table, but importing shows error.

    Any help please. I want simple written steps to follow.
