How to move/relocate the links in the BP Admin bar's My Account separately?

  • The title says it all!

    I wanted to move the links in the MY ACCOUNT found in the admin bar individually/separately to the sidebar

    These links includes the following:
    * Activity
    * Profile
    * Blogs (1)
    * Friends (0)
    * Groups (1)
    * Settings

    But I dont really know how to do it, please if anyone know please please share it with us!
