How to name Permalinks my Page name?

Under Settings > Permalinks, enter /%postname%/ in the custom structure.

If you don’t want it to end with a slash, just paste /%postname% into the textfield.

OK I will try this, This works if I am not using it for blogging? I am using it as a regular website…

I upgraded my WP and in my internal permalinks all of them got changed from
tripleiconsulting.com/philippines-business-registration/
to
tripleiconsulting.com/?page_id=223/

how can i get it to change back. I went into permalinks ad it didn’t work

I was just about to change my permalinks to the page structure SexyEnce did but when I read PhBis’s post – am i understanding that – when you upgrade WP you get the original/default structure back? Yikes! that’s scary! does anyone know if that is true?
