How to NOT remove VAT charge for Malta VAT numbers?

    My company is based in Malta and we have to charge other Malta companies (with valid VAT numbers) VAT. How do I edit your plugin so that this happens?
    Currently, it is deducting the VAT charge for valid MT VAT #s.
