Sometimes I want to publish public posts silently. Is there a way to turn off email notification to my subscribers in a specific post? The Subscriptions article from Jetpack doesn’t explain this.

    Hi @ooker

You can temporarily disable the subscriptions feature, make your post and then turn it back on. Notifications of new posts will not be sent when the Subscriptions tool is turned off.

    Hi @ooker

There used to be an option for adding a filter to allow you to enable this as an option in the post sidebar, but since WP 5.0 this has not been possible unless you are using the Classic Editor. You can see a public GitHub issue on this here:

Where exactly would I find the option to disable the Subscriptions feature? I can’t seem to find that option in my Jetpack.

You can find this under Jetpack > Settings and the Newsletter tab.
