How to omit HST showing on US orders

Hello. We are a Cdn company that sells across NA. When we create an order (thru Woo Commerce) the HST shows throughout the cart process though doesn’t actually ever get charged to the US customer’s bill. However, US customers THINK they are going to get charged and so don’t want to checkout. Anyone know how to not make the HST show at all? Thank you!
