If I understand correctly you’d like to show on the shop page only products belonging to the category “Vape Bottles” as per your screenshot, correct?

You may want to use the [product_category] shortcode which will display products in a specified product category.

You can also show top-level categories only and exclude the subcategories with the shortcode [product_categories number="0" parent="0"].

If you want your main shop page to display categories but not products, change the product catalog settings in the Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Catalog. To hide categories use a plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/hide-categories-on-shop-page/.
