How to only show comments without “comment_type”

Hi,

Some of our plugins use the comments table for other purposes than user comments. Both the default commenting system and Disqus don’t show comments that have a “comment_type” field set. Discuz is the only plugin we’ve tried that is showing these comments.

Is there a way to only show comments without comment_type? Like the default commenting system?
